All of our orders excepted shirts, boxer shorts & socks are shipped via our international transporter directly from our USA center. Order processing may take up to a maximum of 7 days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.

How Are Customs Duties Calculated?

Customs duties and taxes are calculated based on:

1. Customs Value: This includes the price of the item(s), shipping, and insurance.
2. Duty Rate: A percentage determined by the product category (e.g., clothing may be subject to a 12% duty rate).
3. VAT: Applied to the total of the customs value + duty amount.

Example:

• Item Value: €200
• Shipping: €20
• Customs Duty (12%): €26.40
• VAT (20%): €48.80

Responsibility for Payment

Please note that these charges are not included in your purchase price and will need to be paid to the courier or customs authority upon delivery. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring any duties or taxes are settled before your order is released.

If unfortunately certain products in your order do not meet your expectations, only products damaged or missing, at the time of receipt of the package, will be replaced within 14 working days from receipt of the package.

Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer.

The goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original unsealed and unused packaging and plastic, failing which a refund cannot be made.
